The Cavy Whisperer is an independently owned small business specializing in guinea-pig-themed merchandise, educational content, and rescue support. A portion of profits is donated to guinea pig rescues and related animal welfare efforts.

We strive to photograph and describe all products accurately. Due to screen differences and printing/manufacturing processes, colors and appearance may vary slightly.

All items are subject to availability. Many products are made to order through trusted fulfillment partners.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods supported by Wix and our payment processors.

5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

After an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. The Cavy Whisperer is not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers or customs
Lost or stolen packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

For physical products, you may return your item — for any reason — within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Digital products

Digital downloads are non-refundable.

Custom / personalized products

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos so we can replace or refund it.

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production or shipping.
If your order has not yet begun fulfillment, we will do our best to cancel it upon request.

All product designs, characters, brand mascots (including Socrates the Cavy and Echo), artwork, graphics, images, videos, and educational content on this website are the exclusive property of The Cavy Whisperer.

9. Donations to Rescues

A portion of profits is donated to guinea pig rescues and small-animal welfare organizations. Donation recipients and percentages may change over time. Updates are shared on our website, social media, and email list.
